1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via snuffilo.store by consumers and businesses.

Any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity.

3. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The contract only comes into effect when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or when we ship the goods.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in euros and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Delivery area: Germany / EU.

Should an ordered product be temporarily or permanently unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately by email, and any payments already made will be fully refunded.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by them receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration via email to adleratechlabs@gmail.com is sufficient.

After receiving the returned item, the refund is issued within 14 days via the original payment method. The customer bears the direct cost of the return shipment, unless otherwise stated.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a manufacturer's warranty exists, it is governed exclusively by the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

9. Liability
We are fully liable for intentional and grossly negligent injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the customer's habitual residence for consumer protection purposes, and otherwise by the law of Cyprus, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
